Prioritising emotional wellbeing is paramount in order to navigate common mental health challenges like anxiety and depression. 

From panic attacks to eating disorders and depression, many of us have encountered varying degrees of mental health issues, where emotions such as fear, anxiety, sadness and anger can manifest in unhealthy behaviours. At 7level7energy, we understand the critical importance of nurturing emotional health and wellbeing. 

Emotional wellbeing is a priority for all of us. Yet, it is more than just some time out, it is about encouraging behavioural change through insightful and inspiring content. We provide practical steps and leverage tools from our acclaimed journal, 'Being the Best Version of You,' to support individuals on their journey toward emotional resilience. 

Our 1-hour workshops are designed to bolster emotional health and mental wellbeing, offering a powerful avenue for teams to connect and grow. Delivered virtually, via dynamic presentations using compelling content, these sessions have proven to be impactful and transformative.

Whether your workshop is for a team of 5 or a workforce of 100 we offer a single rate of £350 per session, plus VAT.
